This clean looking birch wood chess set looks great when your playing and when your not as well. The chess pieces stow away cleverly inside the board under the chess field when not in use.

The storage area is accessed by simply pushing down firmly on one end of the playing field. The compartment is felt lined on the bottom to protect the pieces when moved around.


  • King: 2.76" (7cm). Queen: 2.44" (6.2cm). Pawn: 1.22" (3.1cm).
  • Board measures 11.81"W x 11.81"H x 1.57"D (30cm x 30cm x 4cm). Squares measures 1.3" x 1.3" (3.3cm x 3.3cm).
  • Board is made from maple, red walnut and black walnut. Felt bottom chessmen are made from birch.
