Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.

  • Standard Processing Times: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase.
  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding the following postal holidays:

    • Presidents' Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Juneteenth National Independence Day
    • Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Columbus Day
    • Veterans Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day
  • Seasonal Delays: During holidays, peak shopping seasons, or special promotions, processing and shipping times may vary. To avoid delays, we recommend placing orders early during these periods.

Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Pacific Time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order as soon as it ships. Simply follow the link to monitor your delivery status. Alternatively, you can log in to your account to track your order directly.

Shipping Costs

To calculate your shipping cost:

  1. Add items to your cart.
  2. Navigate to the cart.
  3. Enter your shipping destination to view the shipping cost.

Free Shipping: Orders $50 and over within the United States qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do not support shipping to APO/FPO military addresses.

International Shipping

While we do not currently offer international shipping from our webstore, international shipping is available through our eBay Store. Visit Yellow Mountain Imports on eBay for international orders.

In-Person Pickup

As much as we’d love to meet you in person, Yellow Mountain Imports operates as a mail-order business and does not have a physical store or showroom. We appreciate your understanding.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and any relevant details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address entered at checkout. Yellow Mountain Imports is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns and Exchanges

For information on returns and exchanges, please review our Returns Policy. Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
