Fair, the hook/latch on the strap was bent and came unlatched from the case the first time I carried it. The strap does make it easier and lighter to carry...concept good but product damaged. The narrow cushion in the case unready came unglued after using the case twice. Disappointed after spending $80.00+ for product and shipping that it was not made better. There needs to be better quality control on the product before being shipped. I will not buy another one; but thanks for asking.
