It's absolutely what I expected it's a good product and quite enjoyable
I had always wanted to have a checkers board. This is perfect ...very well made, good size and we enjoy playing with it. The checkers could have been made with a bit better quality wood but then you can't beat the price. Very well made ....definitely recommend it. Now ....my only dilemma is to find a way to beat my opponents in game lol!
The board itself is very nice and seems well made. The checkers are definitely hand made. I have a problem with the storage portion. The storage area inside is a "felt" lined piece of thin plastic which fell out as soon as I opened it, a little bit of glue fixed that but I should not have had to that in the first place. (I didn't by it for the storage area anyway, so 4 stars.)
Bought them as a gift. Delivery was quick, and gift was well received by friend. Very happy with craftsmanship of box.
