I ordered a mahjong set which never arrived. I wrote at least 6 emails and portal submissions requesting a replacement or refund. I told them repeatedly that time was of the essence since I was leaving the country for an extended period. It’s a week later and I still have not received a response to any of my emails or submissions. I have had to report this to my credit card company.
