It was packaged very safely and securely. Arrived very very quickly (I have things I ordered from other companies on the same day and before that have not even been shipped out yet). The tiles and case are beautiful. Some of the tiles do appear to have some minor stains on them, but I have not fully opened it yet to see if they will wipe off (it is a birthday gift, so it will not be fully opened until about 2 weeks from now). They're still very pretty! I would buy again:)
